Can I upgrade or downgrade plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for any plan. After that, subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for partial periods, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.
What counts as a "location" for billing purposes?
A location is any distinct service area or physical business location you track separately in the dashboard, typically matching how you already structure your ad accounts or call tracking numbers.
Is there a plan for agencies managing multiple clients?

What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all historical reports and ZIP-level data before cancellation. We retain account data for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate, then it is permanently deleted.
